Insider-Drawdown Screen highest-conviction setup: cluster buying at deep drawdown

📈 The Thesis (the highest base-rate setup in equity research)

When 3+ insiders buy open-market shares while the stock is >20% below its 52-week high, the average forward-12-month return historically beats SPX by 9-14 percentage points (Cohen-Malloy-Pomorski 2012; Cziraki-Lyandres-Michaely 2021). Insiders have asymmetric information; clustered buying at a drawdown is the strongest known revealed-preference signal. This page filters live insider-cluster data for exactly that pattern, ranked by a composite Conviction Score = drawdown_depth × n_insiders × role_weight.
